  • Processing & Shipping: Orders are processed within our bimonthly cycle. Shipping timelines may vary based on your location and the product purchased.
  • Returns & Exchanges: Due to the nature of our wellness products and subscription boxes, we will accept returns refer to our return policy on our FAQ page https://thisthingcalledwellness.com/pages/faq. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days for assistance.
  • Subscription Policy: Subscriptions can be modified or canceled before the next billing cycle. Refunds are not provided for prepaid subscriptions.
