What is This Thing Called Wellness?
A faith-led, grace-filled space where women over 40 can rediscover themselves through emotional wellness, storytelling, and soft, supportive resources.
Is the Hello Wellness Box still available?
We’ve retired our subscription boxes. Now, you’ll find seasonal and special edition gift boxes at A Graceful Pause Wellness Boutique.
Where can I listen to the podcast?
This Thing Called Wellness Podcast is available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube, and all major platforms. You can also listen at podcast.thisthingcalledwellness.com.
How do I sign up for the newsletter?
Sign up on our homepage to receive monthly Wellness Notes—journal prompts, gentle reflections, product updates, and inspiration.

Refunds & Damaged Items
What if something in my order is damaged or not quite right?
We offer a stress-free refund for damaged or unsatisfactory items within 7 days of delivery—no returns required.
To request a refund:

Add “Refund” or “Damaged” to your subject line

Include your order number

Add a short note (optional)

Attach a photo if the item was damaged
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of approval. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund.
Can I return an item I no longer want?
Because our items are small-batch and seasonal, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged.
