This Thing Called Wellness is a holistic wellness brand supporting women over 40 who are navigating high stress, anxiety, depression, or chronic conditions. Our mission is to empower women to rediscover themselves and achieve harmony in their wellness journey.

What makes the Hello Wellness Box different from other wellness boxes?

The Hello Wellness Box is designed specifically for women over 40 who are navigating high stress, anxiety, or chronic conditions. Unlike other subscription boxes, we focus on both inner harmony and self-care, curating intentional, high-quality items that promote wellness, mindfulness, and emotional well-being.

📦 Hello Wellness Box Subscription

How much does the Hello Wellness Box cost?

Each box is $49 plus shipping.

How can I track my order?

Once your Hello Wellness Box ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package’s journey. If you don’t receive a tracking email, check your spam folder or contact support@hellowellnessbox.com for assistance.

What happens if an item needs to be replaced?

If an item in your Hello Wellness Box is unavailable, we will replace it with a similar product of equal or greater value that aligns with the box’s theme.

Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes! You can update your shipping address before your box ships. Please email support@hellowellnessbox.com as soon as possible to ensure your box is sent to the correct address.


🔄 Subscriptions, Cancellations & Changes

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

  • You can manage or cancel your subscription through your customer account menu on our website by selecting "My Subscriptions."
  • If you need assistance, email support@hellowellnessbox.com with the subject line: Cancel or Manage My Subscription.

🚨 Important:

  • We honor 24-hour cancellations from your first purchase. If you need to cancel within this timeframe, email us immediately at support@hellowellnessbox.com.
  • For renewals, cancellations must be made before your renewal date on the 25th to avoid being charged for the next box.
  • We will send a renewal reminder email before your next charge so you can make changes if needed.

⚠️ Common Issues & Troubleshooting

🔹 I didn’t receive my tracking email.

🔹 My box hasn’t arrived yet.

  • Boxes ship on or around the 20th and can take up to 10 business days to arrive.
  • If it’s been longer than 10 days, contact us for an update.

🔹 I need to change my address last-minute!

💸 Returns & Credits

What is your return policy?

We do not offer returns or refunds. However, we provide store credit or a gift card option that you can use for a future purchase or gift to someone else.

📧 To request store credit, email us at support@hellowellnessbox.com with the subject line "Store Credit Request" and include:
✔️ Your order number
✔️ Your reason for the request
✔️ Your preferred option (store credit or gift card)
✔️ Photos (if reporting a damaged item)

What if an item arrives damaged?

If your box arrives with a broken or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will send a replacement for the damaged item.

📌 Important: Store credit requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your box. We do not accept partial returns.
