I want to be honest with you—my journey hasn't been easy. For over a decade, I've battled anxiety and depression. In facing these challenges, I learned how to gently work through the struggle by prioritizing my well-being and tapping into my inner strength. My experiences inspired me to create a warm space where you can feel supported and connected on your own wellness journey. It’s about reconnecting with who you are deep down, loving yourself more, and giving yourself the grace to slow down and say NO when you need to. My time caring for others taught me to listen to my body—and that it's okay to take a step back for your own well-being. I'm still a work in progress, truly on the path to rediscovering myself, and I believe we're all growing. It’s so important to honor your needs, even if that means admitting that it's okay to not feel okay sometimes. 💕
